They are from a California collector’s estate. Not personally familiar with them, but I can tell you they look very much, like What kind of spurs there an officer would buy for himself in a branch of the military these are not US military schools obviously, but they were very interesting. Nevertheless, I would say Spanish in Florence but they were very high-quality sharp rowels and do not use straps to attach. They have a bar that slides through the welt of he boot.
