Description I work as a fault diagnosis engineer, and for more than seven years, the multimeter has been my primary tool, and i have learned from my experience that a multimeter without proper lead receptacles can make the job more complicated. For an extended period, I have used the fluke TP88, which did its job, but in time I have noted the following flaws:the mechanical retention of the probe is made through a collar clip around the probe handle, and when the tip of the probe fails to contact the needle base, false readings can be reported, especially in resistance mode;also, the fluke TP88 pins are prone to bending and, over time, the pins are getting broken from the case joint.quite expensive.
