It is undated. It is in unopened condition and contains concentrated food bars, beverages, water purification tablets and instructions. It is marked in raised lettering, “Good for one man for three days” Measures 7” x 4” x 2”. Bottom has the key attached for opening. Most of these were discarded when they were considered expired.
