It has some rust on the metal hardware. The leather could use some conditioning, it’s a few years old and does have some extra holes punched. Still good and usable, just trying to cut back on my personal halters. SOLD AS IS. NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ACCEPTED! I try to reuse packaging materials/boxes whenever possible.
