The listing is for a Victorian silver plate salt cellar which I believe was manufactured by Rogers & Bros. We have had the cellar in the same pattern marked with the Rogers & Bros. marks but this salt doesn't have a makers mark on the base. It features an attached turned down hanging rim and shiny silver plate. The small rim around the base also features the matching design.
