The book looked like it was never opened until I took pictures. Dated 1995. These paper cut outs were taken from original 19th century designs used to decorate different items like cards and albums. This book will show you how to make different items like a cookie tin, candy box, Christmas tree bucket or a candle. Step by step instructions.
