Vintage map issued July 1, 1945, by WLS radio in Chicago (their Prairie Farmer station). Large, two-sided map measures 27-1/2" x 36". One side has maps of the Western Pacific, the World, the Near East, and Europe, and has photos of the WLS newsmen and news schedules along with the world time table; the other side is one large map of China, Japan, and the Philippine Islands. Map comes in its original mailing envelope. All intact, some light bends other than fold lines. Small holes where the folds intersect, some 1/4", some just pin-point size. Some discoloration along some fold lines. Some short tears at fold edges. Still overall good condition for age. Published by the Geographical Publishing Company in Chicago.
