This is a pottery match holder, marked with the initial "B" on both sides. Marked on the bottom July 21-1951 A.S. It is yellow and brown and measures 3 1/2" x 2" x 2 5/8". Bought at an auction. There was a sticker on it that said "Bacon's Match Holder". I couldn't find any reference to Bacon's Restaurant or Bacon's Hotel or Motel in my search.
