This Train set is another Estate Sale find that was an Opened Box so this is listed as New Opened Box. Inventory was done with the Train set supplied List of Contents vs what was inside the box. Everything is accounted for with the Exception of 1 of the 3 bags of People is missing, other than that it's all there. The 2 Trays of Train items are still sealed in factory celophane but the area over the Power Pack is torn a bit, just an FYI. All can be seen in the 24 pic's.
