Check the listing for details. Vintage Brass Encased Goteborg Sweden Empty Matchbox. Condition: Used. Listed at 52.80 USD. Up for sale is this Goteborg matchbox from Gothenburg Sweden. As you can see from the photos the front and top has been polished. The bottom is also brass but has not been polished. The top and front may need a little more on the edges. For well over 70 years old it is in very good condition. On the inside it has come apart as you can see from the photos. It measures 4 3/4 in. long, 2 7/8 in. deep and is 1 7/8 in. tall. This would make a nice display piece.
