Very nice vintage item here, from what I can find this is a small shop in Ohio and these were made anywhere from 1930s to 1960. It is similar to Lyman Tru-Jr and accepts same dies as Jr and 310 hand loader. Shell holder is #4 and fits nicely 44 rem case. Had a good question if True JR shell holders are compatible and they are not. Last to images show that this accepts smaller shell holder then Lyman JR.
