Sold as pictured - refurbished for use or display. 13 in. original hickory handle. The axe head was cleaned free from rust, sanded smooth - it shows imperfections, natural patina, and pitting. The handle has been sanded smooth and rubbed with black stain. The head has a tight fit to the handle, and a couple of steel wedges were added. The blade has a decent edge, but may need further honing. The sheath is in very good condition, handmade. The para cord wrap can be easily removed, under the para cord wrap is in very good shape, like the rest of the handle. Please check over the photos for condition - marks, scuffs, blemishes.
