Boston, MASS. USA Very Large and Heavy. Although someone cosmetically restored with a paint to look like brass, the entire piece is cast iron. Please see pictures for size and details. The first digit counts forward if you turn the shaft either direction. The rest of the digits do not count. I have not taken it apart to investigate. Thanks for looking!
