Although it has been on display for decades it presents as new. It is not signed but is reminiscent of a Barski piece. There are no cracks, scratches or chips and it has the luster of fine lead crystal. At two pounds it is stable with an ample base - not likely to be tipped over accidentally. It could be used for milk, juice, syrup or gravy and would make a great table accent piece for any decor.
