For your consideration, a large Karlsruhe pottery wall tile of a man playing a lute, circa 1960 Germany. Tile is in overall good condition with no major chips or cracks. Some fleabite chipping to raised relief design noted in photos (see photos 6 and 7). This tile is very heavy and I suggest leaning it against a wall for display or replacing the thin nylon hanging wire with a more robust wire suitable for hanging heavy artwork. Measures 12 3/8 x 16 3/8 inches.
