Check the listing for details. Vintage Paymaster Series S-1000 Check Writer With KEY. Listed at 19.95 USD. Well loved, missing one knob on the first digit. Slight dent to the left side (visible from the reverse picture) does have the key, but I wasn’t able to get the lock cylinder to move. Otherwise it does seem operational in my not so expert opinion.
