I think this is a play on the classic operation game— you get a lot of molds that make various ailments for the open body cavity of the patient. Also comes with a stitch roller, plunger, and other “medical” tools. What you see is what you get. I am not sure how “complete” this set is— I bought it used many years ago for my children.
