I have scoured the internet trying to find an example of these but came up with nothing. As far as the date it certainly looks like the 1970s from the picture they used on the product but there is no date. It was definitely (well) before 1986 because Disney stopped using the term Walt Disney productions in 1986. I have a few of different paint by number sets, but they are all different. so this ringmaster Mickey could be truly a one-of-a-kind item. It’s 50ish years old so it’s not perfect. Card stock is a little curved at the top.
