Featuring a gold and cobalt blue stylized floral design applied with a stick sponge application, lid has a molded finial and spoon notch and bowl is marked SMF SCHRAMBERG HAND PAINTED GERMANY. Condition is lovely with all the typical imperfections of a hand painted piece -- there is a paint skip on the finial side as shown, a pin point nip on the top edge (covered when lid is in place) and a tiny chip off the underside of the lid as shown - none of this detracts.
