Dear customer, this is a brand new Light assembly, used by DM Industries on several Vita Spa & Maax Spas Models .The front OD is 3.25" and back 2 5/8" OD. It normally comes with nitch, nut,compensator ring, back reflector and gasket (light bulb's socket holder). The assemblies came without the gasket, spa technicians prefer to use clear/waterproof silicone for spas instead, since the gasket sometimes moves while you're tighten the nut. If you don't mind using silicone, this light will be the right for you. Note: best silicone to use "Pool and Spa 802 Silicone" by Boss products. Thank you for reviewing this item!
