Condition- good/fair - tight binding cloth hardbound cover shows wear to edges and discoloration to the outside edges of pages. The first page has flee bites/small holes on the edges and the first ~10 pages have a small hole in the corners, but stops there and all the pages look great, with some slight yellowing to edges.
