This is a beautifully unique, upcycled hand-made and signed by the artist piece. It consists of an antique silver plated sugar bowl suspended by strands of glass beads. Hanging from the sugar dish are more glass beads in various colors, that hold antique silver plate flatware. The large center spoon hangs longer than the other 3 strands, and below it hangs an inscription “Tempest in a Teapot 2004” on one side and on the other it’s the artist’s signature which appears to be “Barbara C. Ryan.” I can’t decipher what else is etched below the name. The sugar dish does have a removable lid and could be used as a key hiding spot or a stash dish for anything else.
