The smooth plastic construction is adorned with a playful multicolor design that brings a smile to any face. I don't know when this was MFG. I'm 75yrs old and I've never seen one of these . I've never heard of it. It may be Antique I don't know but I bet its Vtg. It has Humpty Dumpty on the front, when it's plugged up he lights up really good, it's in good condition but on the top left hand corner it has something I can't tell what it is,it don't look bad maybe ruffled.
