Wall mounted Ryobi 18v One+ Modular Battery Holder Tower for 6 batteries This is a vertical battery storage system for Ryobi 18v One+ Batteries that can be mounted to a wall. Being modular, it can be assembled to hold many batteries, but the bundle for this listing holds 6 batteries. Each Shaft holds 2 Ryobi 18v One+ Batteries that slide in at a 10-degree angle with a slight gap between them. Shaft pieces connect to each other with included screw & nut. Each shaft has an additional screw hole in the middle to attach it to the wall. There is an additional Top and Bottom to complete your assembly. The number of Shafts and thus batteries it can hold is not limited. Because each Shaft can be screwed to the wall, there is considerable support. Screw holes are aligned vertically thus can be installed on a stud or post. As an example, if you wall-mounted 13 Shafts for 26 batteries the tower would be about 6’ tall. See modular heights below. All parts (except the Top which uses the screw from the Shaft below it) have an included screw and nut to attach to other parts. No screws are included to attach it to the wall. Assembly Instructions: You will need a screwdriver (not included). See parts diagram for reference. 1. Remove screws and nuts and note how they were installed for shipping 2. Determine your layout/arrangement before assembly. 3. Assemble the parts together before mounting them the wall. Screw parts together to be tight with included screw & nut. Nuts have hexagonal holes on the back of each part and screws go in the tapered holes from the front. 4. Attach to wall, stud, or surface with screws (not included) in holes in center of Shafts Additional installation notes: - we recommend screws at every shaft piece for maximum strength - for additional strength or rigidity, you may superglue the shafts together (but this is optional and obviously cannot then be disassembled). If doing this, you should screw pieces together first without glue to check, disassemble, glue, then reassemble after the glue is sets up and is strong.
