This listing is for a lovely vintage American Sterling Silver candy dish/bowl with ornately embossed and pierced/reticulated decoration made by the Watson Company. The bowl features a wide border with a floral embossed design and vertical pierced decoration. There is a fancy engraved initial "M" in center bottom. Marked on the base with trademark stamp of the Watson Co., Attleboro MA and "Sterling Silver, A 14". The Watson Co. was is business from 1880 to 1955 when the company was acquired by Wallace. Measures 1 1/2" high and 6 1/2" in diameter. Weighs 105 grams. The silver is in excellent Estate condition with no noted flaws and reflects only minor signs of normal wear.
