Whimsical Green Pixie Elf sitting on a shoe boot that is a planter that is from Japan circa the 1960s The Elf is dressed in Green shirt, the shoe boot is tan and dark brown accents with a floral design and the rim has a gold gilt around it. It is approximately 3.5 inches tall and 4 inches long and in very good condition with no nicks, chips, cracks or crazing and little to no wear on the paint or gold gild.
