I don't know much about this beauty apart from the obvious, it is a belt used for commercial climbing activities. It is mad by WM Baseline Co and has the serial 88, size D22, code 1? There are no tears or rips or damage anywhere on the belt. It hs blemishes and dullness overall. I looks like it has really very limited use or no use at all.
