I’ve used this numerous times and it functions and performs akin to proper lab panels. This comes with a data terminal (does not come with power supply but ANY 12 volt power cable may work). It also comes with an extra battery and 10 expired test cards. The battery terminals are marked positive (+) and negative (-) so that anyone with a smart charger can charge them externally. I have been using a smart charger with clips to charge the battery and a smart charger with a compatible plug to power the data reader (which can be used to update software).
