Check the listing for details. WW1/WW2 1911 Lanyard ~ Unissued. Condition: Used, Made in United States. Listed at 67.65 USD. WW1 1911 lanyard, unissued, in superb condition but has a small crack on the steel (see pic 3). These were also used at the start of WW2 before they were changed to the leather reinforced end. Apparently the cracking was a common flaw hence the adoption of the newer model. Despite the crack the hook will move 90 degrees one way (towards the patent stamp) but I wouldn’t recommend it moving the other, it’s such a tight fit and is probably why they crack. A nice item and one you don’t see too often! Priced accordingly.
