All-Original U.S. Cavalry McClellan Saddle Complete with Stirrups. McClellan style 1942 saddle comes complete with original stirrups, knee pads, leather straps. Dimensions: Standard seat size 12"-13" inches. Stirrups are characteristic metal and wood type. Reddish brown russet leather is still supple and pliable. Initially designed in 1859 and used up to and including WW2. Featured here is an ORIGINAL/ UNMOLESTED mint condition specimen. Not refurbished or modified in any way.
