There is a metal valve on one of the corners of the bladder. simple loosen the valve to open, inflate the bladder by mouth, then close the valve. The are Unit Markings on the canvas, see photos. No visible manufacture markings or dates. No visible rips or tears. Some soiling of the canvas. The bladder is approximately 18" x 12". NOTE: This bladder has NOT been tested.
