WWII Roller-Smith PDI Pilot Director Indicator Bombers C1 B17 B24 B29. This instrument was used in almost all bombers of World War Two. It was in the B-24, B-25, A-26, B-26, A-20, and many others. PDI stands for Pilot Deviation Indicator. The PDI was used by the pilot to navigate to the bomb drop position thru the Nordon Bomb Sight. Estate find. In good condition. Minor normal surface where to the front face. No chips or cracks. Unknown working condition. Measures 3 1/4 inches across by 3 inches deep. Most of the others listed have 23-27 VDC on the front. This one is 10-14VDC. More rare version?
