The double bridge uses 1 - 9 volt battery and 2 - D cell batteries, not included. Battery compartment is very clean and cover is in great condition. The Galvanometer needle does move with batteries installed and the sensitivity dial is rotated. No other tested has been completed. Overall physical condition is excellent.
