It has 4 evenly spaced intake runners. It has threaded plugs in the roofs of 2 runners for head bolt access and intake runners are raised .950 " above stock position. Minumun port wall thickness id .240" and round exhaust runners are 1.150" higher than production port location. The head valve angles are intake 18 degrees and exhaust is 10 degrees - compound angle between both valves is 2.5 degrees. It does NOT have seats and guides. The date code (or other casting number) is 110109. We believe these heads may have had shaft mounted rocker arms.
