These were issued from 1971-1975 and revalidated with a registration sticker into 1976. This one very faintly has the " 71 " embossed in the upper right sticker indentation. The plate has some mounting hole wear, scratches, scuffs and will likely need cleaning. It is sold as found please study photos they are part of the description. Looked good in the garage on the wall.
