I have yet to test one that measured outside of the rated ±5% tolerance range but if by chance you receive one that measures out of spec please message me and I'll send a tested replacement or a full refund. The ESR values I have measured from these capacitors are comparable to other name brand polypropylene capacitors of equivalent uF value from Dayton Audio, Jantzen and Audyn.
