There is a small dent in the head joint that happened completely accidentally with a bump on the first usage! There is a small amount of tarnish between keys that can be easily cleaned. It is NOT in out-of-box playing condition. The right hand has a some leaks and will need to be looked over by a tech. The left-hand is sealing just fine. The instrument was adjusted one time at O'Malley Music Store roughly one year ago. The original purchase price for the instrument was 1200.
