The front of this note features the English Arms and boarders cut by Thomas Leech. The back of this 20 Shilling note features a lion and “To Counterfeit is Death”. Interestingly, where Delaware notes from 1753 and later are printed by Franklin and Hall, these 1746 notes were credited to Benjamin Franklin alone.
