These keys operate the DETEX EAX500 & ECL230 series alamed exit locks. The key loosens the 'screw lock' on the cover to access the batteries & service the lock. The keycode can be found on the silver face of the cover lock next to the keyhole. Is your unit annoyingly chirping at you every few minutes? Use these keys to remove the cover and simply change the 9 volt battery. ***This key does not operate the alarm, it only takes the cover off for servicing*** The drop down menu has a selection for a full set as well as individual keys.
