The extractor keys and fingers are made from AR235 steel. The slides & covers are made from 1008 steel. All steel parts are black oxide treated to reduce rusting. The tool changer door springs are stainless steel. Beyond those details we designed our extractor keys, and fingers larger than the OEM’s for greater support and added a chamfer to the extractor finger at the initial point of contact to reduce long term wear.
