(24860) that is commonly used on the R.A.S./R.A.S. type system. There were 2 versions of this screw that we know of (socket head cap and slotted). One used an Allen wrench, the other a slot for a coin or flat head driver. Some (or most) of the early 2000's (Vero Beach) K.A.C. R.A.S. came with the Allen type button head screws. Do not know when this change was introduced. Before that, on the R.i.S, they used a slotted screw, as well as on the later versions (as seen on later K.A.C, P&S and Brownells).
