Austrian Model 1867 Werndl Carbine measuring 21.75" OAL, with a blade length of 18.5", Inside diameter socket is .758-760". Bright finish showing age patina, wear, point end shows a chip with a hole drilled also on the point end. These bayonets were special issued to police units and was made for the M1867 Werndl Carbine and the M1872 Fruwirth Gendarmerie Carbine. Socket neck/elbow shows cartouches and serial numbers.
