This is a new reproduction from WHAT PRICE GLORY of the leather bayonet frog for the M1887 bayonet scabbard. Original scabbards are still common but the leather frogs have usually rotted away long ago. This scabbard was adopted for use on the Mills woven cartridge belts and remained in use from 1887 through the Spanish-American War and the early Philippines campaigns.
