This uncirculated 100 francs Rwanda note is a specimen banknote issued by the National Bank of Rwanda. It is a violet, orange, blue, and green note that is dated 1989, bear the signatures of Augustin Ruzindana and Gaetan Rwabukumba, and measures 135 x 70 mm. Its obverse side features the coat or arms, flower as registration device, and five zebras. Its reverse side shows a flower, a woman with a baby on her back, Mount Bisoke, and Mount Karisimbi in Volcanoes National Park. Both sides of the note have a diagonal red SPECIMEN overprint. Though there is no security thread, there is still a watermark of an Impala head.
