Check the listing for details. WW 2 british Barbed Wire Cutters (W.S.S.M. Co Ltd). Condition: Used, Made in United Kingdom. Listed at 40.89 USD. Iam unsure of the age of these cutters, but most likely ww1/ww2 era , the stamp is probably William Spencer manufacturing company limited Birmingham, but not totally sure , this is a rare stamp I can’t find any other online, they are in working condition with some wear to jaws , still some original paint , the company stamp seems to have the partial mod bench mark above it see photos, nice piece of history
